I just got back from Sport Hill Farm in Easton, where everything looked so good I couldn’t stop buying. I’ve got apples, delicata squash, frisee, peppers, green zebra tomatoes, eggplant, leek, onions, garlic, tatsoi and purple potatoes. I’m cooking tonight and looking forward to it. Too much eating in restaurants lately. I’m craving vegetables. What will I make tonight? I don’t know yet, but with organic vegetables grown a few miles from home, I know it’s going to be good.
